What we collect
- Your mobile number, to sign you in with a one-time code and to check you are in the invite-only beta.
- What you set up: your financial goals, plans, watchlists and settings.
- Broker data you connect: if you link a broker with your own API keys, your holdings and the orders you place through ClikPlan.
- WhatsApp: if you link your number, your WhatsApp number and profile name, and the messages you exchange with ClikPlan.
- Questions to ClikPlan AI, on the website or WhatsApp, and its answers.
- Basic usage: pages visited and a random browser id, to see what is used.
How we use it
Only to run ClikPlan for you: show your goals and progress, prepare the orders you ask for, send the WhatsApp messages you signed up for, answer your questions, keep the service secure and improve it. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Google Cloud (Mumbai region) hosts the service and its database. ClikPlan AI answers are generated with Google's Gemini models on Vertex AI.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) carries WhatsApp messages, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Your broker receives the orders you confirm, through the account you linked.
- An SMS provider delivers sign-in codes.
WhatsApp messages
ClikPlan only messages a WhatsApp number after you link it from your own ClikPlan account (you send us a one-time LINK code from that number). We then send replies to what you ask, and reminders about your own goals: buy windows, progress, orders you placed, and optional top-up and tax notes. Reply REMINDERS OFF to stop reminders but keep the chat, or STOP to unlink the number completely. You can also unlink on clikplan.co/whatsapp.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at hello@clikin.ai; we reply within 30 days. When we delete your account at your request, your goals, links and messages go with it, except records we must keep by law.
